Vegan Stir fry beancurd rolls with basil

Ingredients:

1.5 rolls of Vincent Vegan beancurd rolls (cut rolls into small chunks)

Some Basil and Chili

2 table spoon olive oil

1/2 tsp vegan mushorom Seasoning

2 tsp Soy sauce

1 tsp sugar


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Fry the vegan beancurd chunks until golden brown on all sides and remove from the pan.

  2. Add a little water to season and cook over low heat until the flavor is absorbed. Add chili and cook for a while to thicken.

  3. Finally, add the basil , turn off the heat and mix well. Serve hot.
