Vegan stir fry BBQ sauce yam slices


10g ginger, sliced

15g vegetable oil

10g dried chilli, cut into pieces

450g Vincent Vegan BBQ Sauce Yam Slices

60g celery, stems only, cut into pieces

100g capsicum, cut into cubes

1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

10g Thai basil, leaves only


Heat vegetable oil and fry ginger and chilli until fragrant. Add vegan Yam Slices and vegetarian oyster sauce, capsicum and celery. Stir-fry briskly for a while. Add Thai basil and cook until is fragrant. Dish out and serve hot.
