Vegan Spicy Layer Meat

Ingredients:

Vincent Vegan Layer Meat 250g

Ingredients: A

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

1 tbsp chilli sauce

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tsp sugar

pinch of salt

tapioca flour as needed

Sliced chili

Sliced ginger

Dried mushroom (soaking in hot water until soft)


Seasoning:

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp caster sugar

1 tsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp dark soy sauce


Cooking Instructions:

Deep fry Vegan Layer Meat and set aside.

Reheat oil, add chili and ginger and cook for 2 mins then add mushroom and ingredients A in the wok and mix well.

Add in seasoning and water cook until boil, then add in tapioca flour to thicken.

Finally add in Vegan Layer Meat to stir fry for few minutes, ready to serve.
