Ingredients:
500g Vincent Vegan Golden Crispy Slices
100g shredded ginger
Sauce:
1/2 tbsp fruit vinegar,
1 tsp mushroom seasoning,
1 tbsp tomato sauce,
1/2 tbsp chili sauce,
1/2 tsp sugar,
5 tbsp sugar,
2 tbsp Vegetarian Oyster sauce
Method:
Deep fry shredded ginger until fragrant and crispy. Dish and drain.
Deep fry Vincent Vegan Golden Crispy Slices in hot oil until golden. Dish and drain.
Cook sauce until boiled. Pour onto Vegan Golden Crispy Slices, sprinkle fried ginger shreds on top. Serve hot. (Reference: greenfarm)
