Vegan Mee Goreng

Ingredients:

1 pkt Vincent Vegan Mee Goreng Paste 80g

¾ tbsp water

1tbsp cooking oil

90g noodle

Any green vegetable (bean sprouts or red capsicum)

hot chilli (optional) as desired sambal chilli as desired


Cooking instructions:

1. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil into flying pan with 1 pkt of Mee Goreng Paste, and 3/4 cup water, mix well & boil. Add rice noodle & stir fry until gravy is completely absorbed.

2. Add bean sprouts, red capsicum, chili padi(cut). Cook well and serve hot.
