Taiwanese-Style Vegan Burdock Soy Meat soup


Ingredients:

80g Vincent Vegan Burdock Soy Meat

10gm Soaked Shiitake Mushrooms

30gm bamboo shoots

10gm carrot

½ tsp Salt

1/4 tsp white pepper

1 ½ tsp Potato Starch water

1sp sesame oil

400ml vegetable broth


Cooking Instruction:

1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms over night and Slice the mushrooms, bamboo shoot and carrots.


2. Boil the water and add vegetable stock, Vegan Burdock Soy Meat and all the vegetable ingredients, salt and white pepper and mix well.


4. Low heat, add potato starch water to thicken the and sprinkle with sesame oil. Serve.
