Ingredients:
(A)
5 tbsp oil,
100g chilli paste,
1 lemongrass,
1 stalk curry leave,
1tsp Vegan Balacan powder,
1 tbsp curry powder,
½ tsp chilli powder,
2 kaffir lime leave
(B)
3 tbsp sugar,
2/3 tsp salt,
½ tsp mushroom powder,
½ can coconut milk
(C)
5 slices of Vincent mock fish (deep fried),
200g lady finger (cut section),
2 tomatoes (wedges)
Cooking Instructions:
1.Heat oil in wok, sauté ingredients A with low heat, toss in ingredients B, stir well.
2.Add in lady finger, tomatoes and stir well and bring to a boil. Then add mock fish slices and cook for 10mins and serve.
